An 8-LED display is located on the front panel of the controller:

LED Diagnostic Indications
In a Hot Standby system, specific IP addresses (Main IP Address, Main IP Address + 1, IP Address A, IP Address B) are assigned and these addresses must not be used by other devices in the system.
Duplicate IP addresses can cause errors in communication with the other modules.
