En paillettes ou finement hach\u00e9e, la dulse s\u2019associe crue en salade, avec une sauce, une mayonnaise&#8230;. Son go\u00fbt cors\u00e9 se d\u00e9veloppe en cuisson, et se marie aux poissons, omelettes, pain \u2026 (elle se cuit en quelques minutes et en se r\u00e9hydratant reprendra 4 fois son poids).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2>Vertus de la dulse<\/h2>\n<div>La Dulse est un aliment de sant\u00e9 tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant, un remin\u00e9ralisant naturel tr\u00e8s \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. C\u2019est l&rsquo;un des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux marins les plus riches en prot\u00e9ines (20 \u00e0 35%, soit autant que le soja) et en acides amin\u00e9s.
