C\u2019est l\u2019algue la plus consomm\u00e9e au monde. C\u2019est une algue fine comme un voile. Grill\u00e9e, elle passe \u00e0 une couleur verte. Son go\u00fbt rappelle les champignons, et permet un parfait mariage avec le pain, les salades, les poissons, galettes, bouillons, l\u00e9gumes\u2026 Les feuilles de nori sont utilis\u00e9es pour concevoir des maki-sushi (voir rubrique\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.algues-armorique.com\/back\/content\/%C2%AB\">cuisine aux algues<\/a>). Ces feuilles sont grill\u00e9es, donnant une couleur verte.<\/div>\n<h2>Vertus de l&rsquo;algue nori<\/h2>\n<div>Pleine de qualit\u00e9s, sa teneur en prot\u00e9ines (environ 30%) remplace le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre soja, la viande, les \u0153ufs \u2026 A noter la pr\u00e9sence importante de vitamine A (carot\u00e8ne), la vitamine F et B12, de fer et de zinc et le bon \u00e9quilibre des 10 acides amin\u00e9s essentiels (pr\u00e9sence de l\u2019acide glutamique, l\u2019alanine et la taurine connue pour contr\u00f4ler le niveau de cholest\u00e9rol sanguin). La Nori remin\u00e9ralise et est efficace pour revitaliser l\u2019organisme.
