This parameter defines the processor task in which inputs are acquired and outputs are updated.
The task is defined for all channels.
The possible choices are as follows:
NOTE: This parameter can only be modified in offline mode.
Procedure
The table below shows the procedure for defining the type of task assigned to the channels of a module.

Access the hardware configuration screen of the required module.

In the General parameters area, click on the drop-down menu button in the Task field.
Result: a drop-down list appears.

Select the required task.
